reading my terms of use. I know it´s not obvious that people do
that. This is the newest version (June 2007) and all older files are
not longer valid!
All my designs are protected by
international copyright. All rights reserved.
You can recognize my files by the
filename. It`s always beginning with my name (e. g.
tahera_my_file.png).
You May:

You may alter my graphics and use
them in your personal scrapbook pages, collages, cards and other
printable digital items, by changing colors and size and even
adding to them or removing from them

You may submit layouts that you
have made with these graphics to any scrapbook magazine for
publication as long as proper credit is given to Tahera. This
includes any altered images

You may use this kit in the
following ways for profit. This list is not all-encompassing... if
you do not see your particular project here, please email me for
permission

-- Scrapbook for others for pay.
By this I mean: you are commissioned by a person to make a scrapbook
for them. You MAY NOT make “plopper” pages (pre-made pages /
quickpages) and sell or distribute them to the general public via
print, digital, or any other means

-- If you do use my graphics for
profit, I would appreciate it if you would send me a photo or sample
of a project so that I can see what you're doing with it.
Due to recent piracy of my graphics I
must add this additional warning. My apologies to my customers who
are honest and trustworthy. I so appreciate you!!
You May NOT:

You may not claim these graphics
as your own

You may not alter these graphics
and claim them as your own

You may not take any part of these
graphics and add it to your graphic and claim the resulting graphic
as your own

You may not make any of my
graphics into tubes/brushes and redistribute them in any way

You may not offer any of my
graphics images on any webpage for download, send them through
lists, news, groups or include them in any graphics collection
either on the internet or otherwise

You may not burn my graphics to CD
and sell them at Ebay. At no time you`re allowed to sell my work by
public sale!!!
